THE GODDESS SPOKE:
I imagine into being the whole world,
Moving and unmoving, through the power of my Maya,
Yet that same Maya is not separate from me;
This is the highest truth…
In me this whole world is moven in all directions, 0 Mountain.
I am the Lord and the Cosmic Soul;
I am myself the Cosmic Body.
I am Brahma, Vishnu, and Rudra, as well as Gauri, Brahmi, and Vaishnavi.
I am the sun and the stars and I am the Lord of the stars.
I am the various species of beasts and birds;
I am also the outcaste and thief.
I am the evil doer and the wicked deed;
I am the righteous person and the virtuous deed.
I am certainly female and male, and asexual as well.
And whatever thing, anywhere, you see or hear,
That entire thing I pervade, ever abiding inside it and outside.
There is nothing at ail, moving or unmoving, that is devoid of me;
For if it were, it would be a nonentity, like the son of a barren woman.
Just as a single rope may appear variously as a serpent or wreath,
So also I may appear in the form of the Lord and the like; there is no doubt in this matter.
The world cannot appear without an underlying basis.
Accordingly, the world comes to be only through my own being and in no other way.

NOW BE ATTENTIVE while I explain the highest kind of devotion.
One who constantly listens to my virtues and recites my names,
Who is firmly intent on me, a treasury of auspicious qualities,
Whose concentration is ever steady like a continuous flow of oil,
Who has no ulterior motive at all in these actions,
Having no desire for liberation in any form-whether living in my presence, sharing my powers, merging into me, or dwelling in my heaven
Who knows absolutely nothing better than serving me,
Cherishing the notion of servant and master and thus not aspiring even for liberation,
Who enthusiastically thinks of me alone with supreme affection,
Knowing me truly as never separate from oneself, not acknowledging any difference,
Who thinks of beings as embodiments of myself, loving other selves as one's own Self;
Who makes no false distinctions, realizing the universality of pure consciousness,
My omnipresent essence manifested in all beings everywhere at all times,
Who honors and respects even the lowest outcaste, 0 Lord,
Discarding any sense of difference and thus wishing harm to no one,
Who is eager to see my sacred sites and to see my devotees,
And is eager to listen to scriptures that describe the mantras and rites used in worshipping me, 0 Ruler,
Whose heart is overwhelmed with love for me, whose body ever thrills with joy,
Whose eyes are filled with tears of love, and whose voice falters,
Who, with such enraptured feelings, 0 Mountain Chief, worships
Me as ruler, womb of the world, and cause of all causes, Who performs my splendrous rites, both the regular and the occasional, always with devotion and without miserly regard for cost,
Who longs to sec my festivals and to participate in them, Ever impelled by such desires arising spontaneously, 0 Mountain,
Who sings on high my names while dancing,
Unselfconscious and forgetful of the body,
Who accepts the fruits of past karma,
Unconcerned with thoughts of preserving the body,
Such a person practices devotion deemed supreme,
In which there is no thought of anything except me, the Goddess.
The person in whom such supreme devotion truly arises, 0 Mountain,
Then dissolves into my essential nature of pure consciousness.

Carl Jung wrote, “Everything that is original in the child is, so to speak, indissolubly blended with the image of the mother. It is the absolute event of the series of ancenstors, an organic truth such as the interrelationship of the sexes to each other.”


Let us consider a beautiful young woman. Feel the impact of her beauty, she embodies Cosmic Femininity and is also part of a process. Visualize the baby she once was and the wizened woman she will be. Envision her coupled with a man and perpetuating the process. Infertility does not matter because she is part and parcel of the eternal process of cosmic life. Now let us consider a crippled old woman. Envision her as young and beautiful and also as an embryo or a fertilized ovum in her mother’s womb. She is a process of life. Her life did not begin at the moment of conception and it will go on. She is in Reality, the eternal Shakti.
Jung’s Collective Unconscious Mind is the Tantric Overmind

The Collective Unconscious Mind appears to me as a continuum, omnipresent, a universal presence without length or breadth…It holds, side by side, in a paradoxical way, the most heterogeneous elements, including not only an unattributable mass of subliminal perceptions but stratifications deposited during the loves of forebears who by their very existence, contributed to the differentiation of the species. If the unconscious mind could be personified, it would take on the appearance of a collective human being existing above and beyond the specifications of the sexes, of youth, of old age, birth or death, and suffused with a couple of million years of practically immortal human experience. Such a being would, unquestionable, hover over the vicissitudes of time. The present would bear no more significance for him than a given year in the hundredth millennium B.C.; he would be a dreamer of secular dreams and thanks to his inordinate experience, an oracle of incomparable prognostications. For he would have lived the life of the individual, the life of the family, of tribes, of peoples, a great many times over and would know like a living feeling, the rhythm of becoming, of blooming and fruition, of decadence…This collective being appears not to be a person but rather a sort of infinite stream, an ocean of images and shapes which emerge into the conscious mind in dreams or abnormal mental states. It would be unfortunate to treat this vast system of experiences of the unconscious psyche as an illusion; our visible and tangible body is also a comparable system of experiences which still harbors marks of developments dating back to the earliest age…The supranatural unconscious which exists throughout the encephalic structure is like an omnipresent spirit which extends everywhere. It knows man as he has always been and not as he is today. It knows him as a myth. That is why the linkage to the suprapersonal or the collective unconscious means an extension of man beyond himself; it means the death of his personal being and a rebirth into a new dimension, as precisely enacted in certain ancient mysteries.

YES
NO
PLEASURE
PAIN
LOSS

THE WORLD MOST EVERYBODY IS LIVING IN

THEN: THE MOMENT-TO-MOMENT EGO INVOLVEMENT

Though in reality there is no bondage, the individual is in bondage as long as there exists the feeling of limitation in him. In fact, there never has been any veiling or covering anywhere in reality. No one has ever been in bondage. Please show me where such bondage exists. Besides these two false beliefs, that there is such a thing as bondage and such a thing as an individual mind, there is no bondage for anyone anywhere.

Jiva is Shiva
When in bondage, it is jiva;
Freed from bondage, it is Shiva.
Gnosis of the identity between the jiva and Shiva constitutes liberation.
Lack of this knowledge constitutes bondage. Each perceiving individual selfhood is like a holograph of the universal Self - the Cosmic AM - the Source of All. Thus it was said in Genesis, and in the Gnostic creation myths, that the human being is an "image" of God. Like the universal Self, it perceives what is around it and experiences that to which it is exposed. The individual self is like a leaf on the tree of universal Self. The leaf contains the same essence (DNA) as the tree and so is part and parcel of it but in another sense is an individual thing unto itself like a drop in an infinite ocean of Bliss.

It is within unity that each one will attain himself, within knowledge he will purify himself from multiplicity into unity, consuming matter within himself like a fire and darkness by light, death by life.

Light and darkness, life and death, right and left are mutually dependent; it is impossible for them to separate. Accordingly the 'good' are not good, the 'bad' are not bad, 'life' is not life, 'death' is not death.

Inasmuch as the deficiency came into being because the Father was not known, from the moment the Father is known the deficiency will not exist. As with a person's ignorance, when one receives knowledge, ignorance of the other passes away of its own accord, as the darkness vanishes when the light appears, so also the deficiency vanishes in the completion, so from that moment on the realm of appearance is no longer manifest but rather will pass away in the harmony of unity.
